Booking Notification Process
Once a booking is made, the hotel/apartment will be contacted by E-Hotel to confirm the booking. The hotel will accept
availability via extranet, meeting, phone, or email. If no cancellation policy is in place, E-Hotel
will choose a policy on your behalf.
Payment Options
Guests can either pay directly on our website or pay at the hotel/apartment during their stay. It is
the hotel’s choice to accept either of these options. In case of website payment, E-Hotel secures the payment. If payment is made at the hotel,
the hotel is responsible for securing payment.
Hotels may offer discounts to guests who pay via the website to minimize the risk of no-shows or
cancellations.
Pre-Payment Issues
In the case of payment failures or fraudulent payments, the hotel is responsible for ensuring proper
payment arrangements are made. This helps to mitigate potential financial risks.
